Building Skills, Transforming Lives
Empowering individuals in prison, on probation, and those furthest from the labour market with industry-recognised skills, training, and employment pathways in construction.
Our Mission & Aims
LearnTo CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting training initiatives in areas of deprivation, including the UK prison estate. We provide education, vocational training, and skills development to help individuals facing significant employment barriers transition into sustainable careers.
Through industry-recognised construction training, employability support, and employer partnerships, we break the cycle of reoffending and long-term unemployment, offering real opportunities for a second chance.
